Description |
It is an extremely good and enthralling play, in the Convent of Our Lady of Rheims, a French Nursing Order at Denzil St. David, some miles from Norwich in England. The play was distinguished by good production and direction, and experienced cast and beuatiful sets and dressing. Against the grey stone walls and stained glass windows of the convent, the nuns, the scarlet coat worn by one of the central figures, "Sarat Carn," and the grey and white uniforms of the young nurses made fascinating patterns of color. The play is dramatic and suspense is well sustained throughout. |
