Description Bloodland is performed in the Yolngu language of Arnhem Land, with dance and ceremony, on an expressive set by Peter England with a broken wire fence and a floor scarred with tracks like the trails of mining trucks through the desert. It is partly a contemporary lovers' tragedy and partly a celebration of a community that lives in two cultures, the modern and the traditional.
