| Description |
Site-specific production of Shakespeare's play. Stories abound about this production including the knocking on the door of the Castle being echoed one night by the Fire Brigade shutting the event down as unsafe. With the addition of fire exit and emergency exit lights it reopened a few days later. One night during a torrential downpour part of the storm water system collapsed almost ruining the play until the 3 Witches emmersed themselves in the torrent to complete their scene - it was stunning |

| Further Information |
Lee Chong and Jake Tolley alternated in the role of Young Macduff. Roles played by Michael Veitch & Howard Stanley are not listed in programme but I remember him as The Gatekeeper at least. Ironically one of the first sites considered by Jean-Pierre & then Production Manager Robert Taylor was the derelict Gas Works where Anthill was eventually to become resident after restoration was completed
