| Title |
'Dr Pygmalion'. Delightful Comedy. Mr Toyne and Miss Rawlings |
| Abstract/Description |
Harrison Owen's "Dr. Pygmalion" is an exceptionally amusing play. Mr. Gabriel Toyne would have had to search for a long time before he found anything else which so perfectly fitted the talents of his clever company. Saturday night's audience at the Criterion Theatre received the comedy with the greatest good humour; and there were many recalls at the end before Miss Margaret Rawlings came forward and gave a little speech. |
