Story of Repertory in B.H. |
| Abstract/Description |
The story of Repertory in Broken Hill goes back to the years of World War II, when a local company was formed to raise funds for various war objectives. the origin was largely due to the enthusiasm of Mr Victor Bindley, who died this week, and Mr A. J. Keast, the then Manager of Zinc Corporation Ltd. Associated with them were Messrs Pat Peoples, Bert Johns and a number of others. Repertory enters a new phase tomorrow afternoon when the club's Playhouse will be opened. |
