Title Harp in the South new Repertory play
Abstract/Description "The Harp in the South", the first serious Australian play to be produced by the Broken Hill Repertory Society since “The Shifting Heart" will be presented at the Play­house on March 20, for a seven night season. The play, written by well known Australian authoress and novelist Ruth Park, is set in a Sydney slum, and deals with the troubles of an Irish-Australian slum family.
