Abstract/Description First of the concerts to be presented by the Australian Broadcasting Commission in Broken Hill for 1940, the recital by Harold Williams, baritone, in the Town Hall last night was an outstanding success. The audience, which almost filled the hall, was responsive to the interpretations given by the visiting singer, who immediately established himself as a firm favorite.
