Appeal against the registration of the AFA. Appeal successful on technical grounds regarding removal of the committee by the members which was not allowed by the Act. Justice Higgins noted “This is an industry that needs protection so far as I know … I hope the members of the Federation will not lose heart but will proceed to improve their rules so as to comply with the Act.” |
