Abstract/Description Telecine wild reel. Has time code embedded. Looks like it is a recording of the whole show. Good quality images. Opens with skateboarding hula hoopers. (Anatoly Kernin? It sounds like) Nice leaping through hoops off a skateboard. Shots of what is quite a large band. Clown with balloons act. – Stanislav Shukin (NZ 92). Whip act (Yarmukhametov – NZ 92). Show jockey act with juggling and balancing (Sarvat Begbudi and horse Peter– AU-92). Then large balloon and crate thing – another clown act – mostly taking place in the air. (Sedov and Zubarev – AU 92. Trampoline act – with basket balls. – Suren Tarasyiants – (AU92) Performers start in suits, then strip to basketball costumes for game – comic referee moments. Music is horrible – generic jazzy, but is not giving acts any dynamic shape. Monkey on tightrope and monkey on pony – monkeys do Cossack riding in costume with flag. (Yakubov NZ 92). Hand to hand balancing man and child (?Kurinski and son –AU92). Anounced name here sounds like Putchinski? Still the horrid jazzy music – seems the same as the previous act. Colour bars come in here, presumably start of new feel. Back to hand balancing act but now child is doing contortion. Poodle act. Highwire with three high balance. (Chizov? AU92 but not announced). Music has changed here to become more dramatic. 8 tigers with male and female trainers (Sarvat Begbudi – AU92).Tigers on a swinging aerial platform with female trainer. Tigers with fire. Group club juggling – not announced . Flying act.(sounds like Yezorovs?Yelizanov? from announcement, Elephants Kornilova; hula girl while Russian swing is swinging Doveiko troupe – AU92) Then tape appears to go back to beginning of the show and it’s the skateboarders, followed by Shukin again.
