SYDNEY PLAY "A FLOP" £10,000 Loss By Backer |
| Abstract/Description |
Philip Myers, of Cambridge Avenue, Vaucluse, said in the Bankruptcy Court yesterday he had lost about £10,000 in the presentation of "Love Me Sailor" in a canvas tent at Rushcutter Bay in September last year. He said the management of the show by John Henry Archibald Spiers was "idiotic, to say the least of it." |
