GOVERNMENT House — especlally little Rosemary — were thoroughly thrilled at the University Dramatic Society's production, "The Thirteenth Chair." Their interest is explained by the appearance of son-and-heir Philip on the stage. With a good deal of coaching, the lad would make a fair amateur, but at present he is far too juvenile in appearance to be a matinee idol, although he possesses a splendid voice.
