| Title |
Psychological Drama Well Acted. |
| Abstract/Description |
It is the story of a handful of Americans holidaying at a mysterious
villa in the south of France. It tells their lives in a forward- backward fashion, finding them unhappy to start with and explaining why mostly in Freudian terms. Barry's writing of
the play is not especially good. May Hollinworth has made curiously moving-if sometimes bewildering- entertainment of this material. |
