One of the most brilliant and daring comedies of the past 10 years, "Amphitryon" enjoyed remarkable success in America with Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne in the starring roles. It is a matter for regret that Australians are able to see it only through the
enterprise and courage of an amateur acting group. Saturday night's production marked a welcome return to the Independent's best standard. Every member of the small cast acted well |
