Abstract/Description I learn the Hall alluded to is to be built at the expense of an enterprising gentleman of this city, and a great lover of music, for the sole purposes of that art. Such an establishment is, indeed, much required here. We have no place whatever (the theatre excepted) where music can be practised with any pleasure.
