Abstract/Description	On Wednesday afternoon, the foundation stone of the new Temperance Hall, which is in coarse of erection on the grounds of the City Temperance League, in Limbo-street, was laid by Mrs. W. Traylen, the president pf the Perth branch of the Women's Christian Temperance Union.
