Title Theatre Royal
Abstract/Description Mr. Knowles is a gentleman of talent. Mr. Meredith also did well in Monsieur Tonson and in Robin Rough-head. We recommend Mr. Levey to decline singing such songs as the Nightingale Club or Tippely Witchet, as he does not excel in such songs. They may do in a private room, but not at the Theatre. Nevertheless, " the gods" encored [the] latter, badly as it was sung!
