Bar Fashions for May [The Drama] |
| Abstract/Description |
Mr. Levy. is advancing fast with his improvements. The Windmill surmounting the theatre is to be taken down ; the ceiling to be elevated at least twelve feet ; and a gallery and second tier of boxes to be added to the present pit and lower and upper tier of boxes. It is calculated that the Theatre will open with a lively genteel and moral comedy, in about ten weeks hence. A respectible corps of Thespians is in course of training. Several of them possess considerable vocal powers. |
