Title Victoria Hall
Abstract/Description The Victoria Hall, a new resort in Pitt-street, near Park-street, was opened last night with a first-class collection of moving pictures, which included the wreck of the Mary Jane, the Arabian Magician, Rent Day, Rapids of the River Ozo, the Coiner's Daughter, Catch the Kid, Traced by a Laundry Mark, Carnival at Nice, Cosmopolitan Dances, Milkman's Early Round, Trip through Palestine, the Witches' Cave, the Artful Dodger, and the 100 to 1 Shot. During the evening illustrated songs were rendered by Miss Beatrice Gordon and Mr. G. Clements. The entertainment was enjoyed by a crowded house.
