The Theatre |
| Abstract/Description |
On Thursday evening was produced the highly wrought Melodrama of " Melmoth the Wanderer, and W alburg the Victim," and it was the most successful representation of that piece we have witnessed, notwithstanding the sneers of the Vandemonians — poor devils — who mustered their full strength on the occasion : when they can produce anything equal to Melmoth they may sneer, but at present it is rather premature. |
