| Title |
The Pugilists at the Victoria Theatre. |
| Abstract/Description |
There was a great audience at the Victoria Theatre last night. The principal attraction was the pugilistic trioâ Mace, Foley, and Thompsonâ who were announced to appear on the stage, and give exhibitions of their skill in boxing. Although the theatre was crowded in every part (except the dress circle, where there were a few vacant seats), there did not appear to be 20 females in the place. |
