| Abstract/Description |
An interview with creator and performer Te Huamanuka Luiten-Apirana, on her fully Te Reo Māori show 'Ngā Reta.' The show took place in 2024 at Basement Theatre in Tāmaki Makaurau. Luiten-Apirana talks about her experience in the esteemed Rumaki Reo course and how her process of learning brought her closer to her whakapapa and identity. "Sharing [Te Reo Māori] and seeing the response from it was quite inspiring... [it] makes me hungry to keep making work like this." |
