Description Tonight at the Playhouse Sydney James will present A new comic opera of the East by Alfred Hill and David Souter, entitled "The Rajah of Shivapore." The cast will Include Alice Bennetto as Aime the temple keeper's daughter, George Whitehead in
the title role, and John Quinlan Jengis, a wandering pilgrim. The comedy relief will be in the hands of Vera Spaull, Frank Hawthorne and Frederick Ward, who will respectively enact the roles of Bul-Bul, Chunder the temple keeper and Bunder a necromancer.
