A teenage girl (Spud) dealing with the problems of growing up, coping with her mother's death and of relating to her father. Originally written as a TIE production. "...it is only when she meets May, an old woman confined to a wheelchair, that Spud is helped to face her anger and resolve her ever-simmering conflict with her father" (Ann Nugent, on a 1994 production of the play). |
