A public art collaboration between artists Deborah Kelly and Tina Fiveash. In the sheep's clothing of mainstream advertising, the paradigm-challenging works will appear around Sydney in bus shelters, CBD train stations, Avantcards, posters, in HQ magazine and other surprise appearances. 'Hey, Hetero!' returns the gaze at heterosexuality: the privileged sexuality which makes gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender movements both possible and necessary. Venue note: Performance Space is listed as they were one of the presenters of this project, however the artwork didn't have a fixed venue, but was dispersed throughout the city for February 2001 via mainstream advertisement streams.
