| Description |
"This interactive installation is a time-based aural map of Sydney; a collection point for sonic traces of activities sited geographically throughout the city. Within the installation participants experience themselves as enigmatically linked to a shifting real-time dragnet of the unseen electronic lifefield permeating our daily environment.
Sites Unseen interfaces the 3 Dimensional Interactive Space System which enables highly sophisticated participant machine interactivity; the Spatial Distributor which moves audio inputs through a series of speakers mounted around the room; and radio scanners programmed to sample a broad range of frequencies." |
