| Description |
The new comedy with music. The plot - if that concession to terminology may be permitted - concerns Jo Fox… an actress with a rare facility for 'pulling strings' and one of the stauncher pillars of the black market. She requires a transfer for a producer friend who is still occupied with a semi-military position on the Continent in order that he may take charge of her forthcoming play. Unfortunately her plans go astray, with the result that the unhappy producer finds himself confronted with a posting for duty in Burma. |
