The orchestra is presently scaling new heights of achievement under Christoph Eschenbach, whose gifts as both conductor and pianist have considerably enhanced the orchestra's reputation. The programmes in Singapore will include concert favourites such as the Beethoven Symphony No 7, Mozart Piano Concerto No 19, Wagner Prelude to Die Meistersinger, and Dvorak Symphony No. 8. |
