| Description |
"There's a bomb scare at the airport. A man ties a woman to a bed. Another woman hangs herself at work. Children explode, old ladies plot and is there a chemical attack in the boys' locker rooms? World order is breaking down and all is not right, either out there, or in our own heads. Written in Russia prior to 9-11 this is black comedy at its finest. Gallows humour and tight ensemble work from graduating actors will have you on the edge of your seats, and beyond. First performed in Moscow in 2002, and then at the Royal Court in 2003, this will be an Australian premiere." |
