J.C. Williamson Limited v. Australian Theatrical Choristers' Association |
| Creator Organisations |
|
| Abstract/Description |
Williamson's challenged the registration of the Chorister's Association. Challenge succeeded on technical grounds, "It is not a ‘technicality or legal form’ to say that these rules deliberately exclude from membership these persons. It is only a fresh instance of the unwise conduct of those who organise these associations in not taking more care in the first instance in drawing up, and in afterwards observing, their rules." |
