| Abstract/Description |
"In this case I am compelled to do a stupid piece of injustice by the Act. No one has been hurt by the mistake, and all the material objections would be dealt with, if this objection were not taken, but I am obliged to give effect to the objection because it is taken … [the Association] has been registered erroneously or by mistake … I am very sorry for being forced into this position, but it is my duty to obey the Act at all costs, and I shall order that the registration of the organisation be cancelled." |
