| Description |
In 1909 Serge Diaghilev's Ballets Russes revitalised dance in Europe bringing stars Vaslav Nijinsky and Anna Pavlova to Paris for the first time. The works they appeared in choreographed by Mikhail Fokine, revolutionised ballet. The Australian Ballet is paying tribute to these icons in 2006 and this interesting talk will explain why. |
