THE THEATRE.—This place of amusement,
"we are glad to see, still continues to draw
tolerable, houses, though frequently not so
good as we would wish to see. Mr Lazar
continues. as indefatigable as ever in catering
for the public entertainment. The pieces produced
are generally of a light and amusing
nature, which give more satisfaction than if
heavy dramas were introduced. We trust soon
to see better times, when Mr Lazar may expect
his visitors to become more numerous.
