Notes The original Queen's Theatre premises were used for a number of other activities including those of The Prado Dance Hall. It is not known exactly how long this activity occurred in this venue but it is assumed to be a couple of years before the venue was used by the City Mission in the early 1870's (and following a scathing newspaper article titled "The Dancing Saloons and Night Houses" published in the South Australian Register on 28 June, 1870).
