The woes of women in wartime form the basis of The Trojan Women, the old Greek tragedy, the English version of which, by Prof. Gilbert Murray, Miss Grace Stafford and her pupils presented on Thursday night in the King's Hall, in aid of Miss Stafford's cot endowment fund. |
