Description |
A man leaves his wife and baby in his hut to go shearing. He will not be back for days. The woman is terrified. The silence of the bush is eerie and unsettling. Alone with her child the woman sings of her lost dreams, of her life with 'a black snake'. This exciting new Australian music theatre work operates on a number of levels - psychological, metaphorical and symbolic. |
